The company started as a concrete cutting company and is now performing all phases of demolition. We are involved in site work demolition; interior tenant development; and total building, bridge, and structure demolition.

Cement Cutting has worked for all the major general contractors and specialty subcontractors in the San Diego area. We completed the demolition phase of the Western Metals Building at the San Diego Padres Petco Park. Our company has participated in the house demolition contracts for Cal Trans right-of-way projects on the interstate 15 and 125 corridors. We completed the contract for the expansion of Qualcomm Stadium in 1997.

In years past, Cement Cutting completed projects at virtually every defense and aircraft contractor's facilities in the Southern California area. Our client list includes most of the bio-tech, bio-pharmaceutical, tele-communication, computer and related products, manufacturing and marketing locations in San Diego.

Fully insured to Five Million dollars, Cement Cutting is licensed by the State of California as a demolition and specialty contractor.

	Cement Cutting, Inc. was founded in 1977 by owner Harold Grafton. Mr. Grafton was formerly a General Manager for a nationally recognized demolition and concrete cutting company. In 1985, Cement Cutting aquired Union Concrete Cutting Inc. Union's founder, Greg Becker, is Vice President in charge of operations. Cement Cutting Inc. has grown from four trucks and a few employees to over forty trucks and sixty full time employees.
